  1. Download the SNS Credentialing Handbook and Applicaiton

  2. Send in the application with fee

  3. Read Tips for Preparing for the SNS Credentialing Exam

  4. Purchase the Study Guide and Text Book (optional)

 

Fees:   Exam Fee = $225.00 SNA Members

                                $325.00 Non Members

 

            Study Guide = $59.00 + $6  S&H SNA Members

                                    $69.00 + $6   S&H Non Members

 

            Text Book (optional)  = $59.00 + $6  S&H SNA Members

                                                 $69.00 + $6  S&H Non Members

 

            $40.00 Late Fee for registrations after the deadline of 4/11/17
